Student Transcripts

The Missouri Department of Higher Education (MDHE) received most student records electronically from both Heritage College and Missouri College; some records were also received in hard copy.  However, the MDHE cannot confirm we received complete records.

Please contact the MDHE at (573) 751-2361 to see if we have your records before sending payment.  If we have your transcript, you will be asked to complete the appropriate Student Transcript Request form (see below) and mail or fax the document to this department along with payment via check or money order of $10 per transcript.

Federal Student Loans

It may be possible for you to discharge your federal student loans and not have to repay them under certain circumstances. For more information about this, please click https://studentaid.ed.gov/sa/repay-loans/forgiveness-cancellation/closed-school.

The US Department of Education has prepared fact sheets to assist students who were displaced due to the sudden closure of Heritage College and Missouri College.

We strongly urge students and parents NOT to pay for any services like loan forgiveness or loan discharge that the Department of Education provides for free. Please visit http://blog.ed.gov/2016/01/dont-be-fooled-you-never-have-to-pay-for-student-loan-help/ for more information.
