Information for Employers Complying with an Order of Withholding
The Missouri Department of Higher Education has been directed by federal law (P.L. 102-164, 20 U.S.C. K1095a et seq.) to order employers of debtors with defaulted Federal Family Education Loans to withhold a portion of their wages.
