Beginner Financial Aid Webcast Series
A series of webcasts designed for financial aid newcomers– providing a high-level overview of financial aid processes and federal and state aid programs– will be uploaded in March 2013. Slated webcast topics include the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, student eligibility, federal student aid programs, Missouri state aid programs, financial literacy, default prevention and an overview of the Missouri Department of Higher Education’s online services and resources.
If you are a new financial aid officer, high school guidance counselor or admissions officer with limited knowledge about financial aid programs and procedures, the MDHE’s beginner training is for you.Typically updated each spring, these webcasts will provide essential information to help you complete daily tasks.
